A public hearing will be held during the regular meeting of council on April 18th at 11:00 AM to discuss Bylaw No. 01-18 being a Bylaw of the RM of Beaver River No. 622 to amend Bylaw No. 57 known as the Zoning Bylaw.

PUBLIC NOTICE – DISCRETIONARY USE APPLICATION DENIED
Please be advised that the RM of Beaver River No. 622 Council has denied the development permit application to construct a private landing strip on SW-12-62-26-W3 due to section 307 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations, which requires the mitigation of consultation concerns raised through the notification period. Due to the location of this proposed landing strip, mitigation of concerns was not possible and thereby denied.
