Are you unable to attend the municipal election on Wednesday October 24th? If so, please be informed that all residents eligible to vote in division 6 are also eligible to vote by mail prior to election date. If interested, please visit the RM office during regular business hours (Mon-Fri. 8:00 am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm). Fill out an Application for Mail In Ballot, a Voter’s Registration Form and present office staff with your Identification.
After Notice of Poll is issued (September 21st) and the office receives ordered ballot forms, a ballot kit will be sent via mail to all voters who pre-registered. It is very important that once a ballot kit is received, voters return their ballots (completed as per instructions provided in kit) by regular mail, registered mail, courier or in person. Mail in ballots must be received by the office prior to the close of polls on Election day October 24th.
